INFRA contributes to Gastech Insights
It is becoming challenging and expensive to keep the current pace of oil exploration while minimising environmental impact. The industry is always looking for innovative ways to produce fuel and creating synthetic fuel out of associated gas is one solution.
Gas to Liquids, commonly known as GTL, involves the transformation of natural gas into synthetic oil, which is easily conveyed by tankers or pipelines. The synthetic oil can be used instead of conventional oil both in the petrochemical industry as well as in transportation infrastructure.
