Greenway Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: GWTI) have announced that they have entered into a joint venture with Mabert LLC, the new owner of the INFRA-designed and built M100 GTL plant. As consideration for its ownership interest in the joint venture – OPMGE LLC - Greenway has provided a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to its intellectual property, including the technology related to the Company’s patent-pending G-Reformer natural gas reforming technology. Plans are for the Greenway G-Reformer to be integrated into the Wharton GTL plant’s existing INFRA-designed Fisher-Tropsch unit and production infrastructure.
Finalization of the joint venture agreement opens the way to the plant start-up and operations to demonstrate the full GTL process, including the GWTI’s G-Reformer and INFRA’s Fischer-Tropsch system.
